Please note, glass blowing classes are temporarily unavailable as we will be doing repairs on the glass furnace in May. Check back or sign up for our newsletter to stay informed about the schedule as it becomes available.
Please note our cancellation policy: We base our classes running on having a minimum number of students, so it is important that student cancellations are for serious reasons only. In the event that Warehome Studios is forced to cancel a class due to lack of enrollment or instructor illness, a full refund will be issued.
For single day classes: No refunds are given for single day classes, however we can do a credit for future classes to be used within one year of the original purchase date. To receive a credit, you must notify us at least 7 days before the start date of your class. Credits will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of class for emergencies only. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the class cannot be credited or refunded.
For multi-day classes: If a student chooses to cancel, refund of the class tuition minus a 25% non-refundable deposit will be given up to 7 days before the start of multi-week classes. Or the student may elect to keep the tuition as a credit for future classes or lessons to be used within one year of the purchase date. No refunds or credits are given after the first class, unless there is a serious medical or emergency reason. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require a doctor’s note.
COVID-19 Amendment: If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please follow proper quarantine protocols, and contact us as soon as you know you sick. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE STUDIO UNTIL YOU ARE IN THE CLEAR. If you miss classes directly because of COVID-19, we will review each situation on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding.

Sunday 9:00-4:00 (Hands-on workshop, registered students only)
Taught by: Sanam Emami
Description: Learn more about Sanam Emami, Professor of Pottery at Colorado State University here. This class is limited to only 8 students and is best suited for those who have taken at least one wheel class or have some prior wheel-throwing experience.
Pots are containers for food and ideas. Pots are forms with endless variations of shape and surface. During this two day workshop, Sanam will be throwing pots for the table: serving dishes, plates, bowls, cups - and demonstrating surface decoration techniques with slip and stencils. Participants will have the opportunity to throw pots on the wheel, turn feet and experiment with a range of surface design possibilities including stencils, stamping and sprigging with colored slips and underglazes.
